To encourage resident participation in decision-making and to help foster the welcoming, connected atmosphere that makes Arden Park North feel like home, several community committees have been established.
If you are interested in helping with a particular committee, please email ArdenPark@ArtemisLifestyles.com
The Resident Advocacy Committee was created to strengthen community engagement by building one-on-one connections with neighbors throughout Arden Park North. While the committee is chaired by Eva, it’s the dedication of our Area Representatives that truly drives its impact. We are deeply grateful to each Area Rep for generously sharing their time, energy, and passionto help improve our community. Their efforts to listen, communicate, and advocate for residents are what make this initiative meaningful and successful. If you’d like to connect with Eva or learn more about the committee, please reach out at APNResidentAdvocacy@gmail.com.

The Social Committee exists to strengthen connections across Arden Park North by creating welcoming, family-friendly opportunities to meet, relax, and celebrate together.
We are in search of a new chair who has event planning experience. The chair shapes the overall Social Committee calendar with support from Eva, Janet and Marlene. The team plans a year-round mix of gatherings that appeal to all ages—large neighborhood celebrations, small pop-up meetups, and partner events with other committees.
Get involved:
We’re always looking for volunteers to help with ideas, setup/teardown, communications, and day-of support. A little time goes a long way, join us to help make APN feel even more connected and neighborly!
The Environmental Committee helps protect and enhance APN’s natural spaces—wetlands, lakes, parks, and common areas. We focus on responsible landscaping, invasive-species control, wildlife-friendly practices, stormwater and shoreline care, and education on eco-smart habits. The team partners with other committees on projects like native plantings, mulch days, and trail cleanups. Interested residents can volunteer for workdays, monitoring, or outreach to keep our community healthy and green.
The Finance Committee supports the Board in stewarding APN’s funds responsibly. We help build the annual budget, review monthly financials, track reserves and long-term capital needs, and assess dues impacts. The team evaluates contracts and large expenses, recommends cost-saving opportunities, and promotes transparency with clear reports to residents. Volunteers with budgeting, accounting, or analytical skills are especially welcome.
The Pool Committee helps keep APN’s pool safe, welcoming, and well-run. We coordinate seasonal readiness, hours and rules, wristband/access processes, and member feedback, and we support cleanliness standards and small improvements (furniture, signage, shade).
Technical oversight: Dan and Alex—both aquatic engineers—lead vendor reviews, code compliance checks, and repair guidance. They ensure qualified experts are evaluating vendor work and that the pool is maintained to professional standards.
The Tech Committee keeps APN’s digital and physical technology running smoothly. We evaluate and manage community system: gate/access control (e.g., ButterflyMX), cameras, and website tools for the community public facing site. We work with the board and other APN committees to ensure content is up to date. Volunteers with IT, software, networking, or security experience are especially welcome.
