I need to rent the clubhouse, what forms do I need?
How do I pay my dues?
This will be found in Frontsteps as well. You can make payments through multiple means. You can do electronic payments through CC or directly from your checking through ACH. ACH direct pay is highly recommended as there are no additional processing fees.
It is a set it up once and forget it for the rest of the year. You can use the payment coupon booklets that are sent out at the beginning of each calendar year with the set monthly dues amount. See the following link to your account in Frontsteps:

There are a few steps to getting access to ButterflyMX (Guest Access System). The BMX Access form is attached below.
You can always reach out to management ardenpark@artemislifestyles.com
If you already have ButterflyMX access, you can create Visitor Passes directly in the ButterflyMX mobile app for guests, family, or service providers. Open the app, tap “+ Visitor Pass,” choose the type of pass you want, name it, set the days/times it should work, choose an expiration date, and then share it by text or email.
Depending on your setup, the pass can be sent as a QR code or PIN. ButterflyMX supports several pass types, including Custom Duration, Recurring Access, Business Hours, Full-Day Use, and One-Time Use. Once created, the pass lets your guest enter without needing to call you each time.
Residential Gate access requires an RFID sticker that can be picked up from management at the clubhouse. If you are having access issues, please contact ardenpark@artemislifestyles.com

All common area guest parking has been established and there are no expansion spaces under consideration.
