Jamie has lived in the Arden Park North neighborhood for over four years and currently serves as President of the HOA board. With a professional background in software and infrastructure engineering—as well as experience as a contractor and mechanic—he brings a hands-on, technical mindset to community leadership. Jamie is passionate about supporting the neighborhood and enjoys using his skill set to improve services, communication, and resident experience.
Steve has lived in Arden Park North for two years and currently serves as Vice President on the HOA Board of Directors. His professional background includes executive management, business administration and a 21 year retired Air Force Veteran holding many positions in government. Steve is committed to being a team player and a solid voice of representation for each property owner. He brings many skills that are a vital asset in managing our HOA.
Alejandro “Teo” Quijano is a service-driven professional with over a decade of experience in finance, program management, and cloud technologies. Known for his high sense of accountability and commitment to quality outcomes, Teo has successfully led cross-functional teams and complex programs across diverse industries and environments.
As a Project Manager, Teo consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard—most recently leading a global HCM ERP implementation that earned a referable client score. He brings extensive consultative expertise in financial and HCM enterprise systems.
His public sector experience includes serving as Budget Program Manager for the Florida National Guard Emergencies Team, where he oversaw $5M+ in emergency lodging logistics with major hotel chains. Teo also led logistical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and directed overseas finance teams in high-pressure environments, including a leadership assignment in Doha, Qatar.
Teo fosters trust through effective communication, dedication, and a strong client-first mindset making him a valuable asset to both the HOA board and the broader community.
